Solid State Logic - Marketing Lead: Studio, Pro Audio & MI

As the business continues to grow, we are investing in our marketing capability to support new product innovation, global expansion, and deeper engagement with our audience.

The Marketing lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies across our Studio Pro Audio and MI portfolio. This role is responsible for developing impactful campaigns, owning product launches and lifecycle marketing, and scaling marketing activity to support business growth. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, creative, and digital marketing and ecommerce teams, you will have a proven track record of ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives, measurable, and commercially effective.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaign Delivery

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to commercial and brand objectives.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, content, email, paid media, and events.
  • Own campaign timelines and performance metrics.
  • Translate market insights and commercial goals into clear, actionable marketing plans.

Product Launches & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Lead end-to-end product launches, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, and execution.
  • Manage product lifecycle marketing, ensuring support across our product portfolio.
  • Work closely with product management to align launch activity with the product roadmap.

Brand, Growth & Commercial Impact

  • Evolve and strengthen brand positioning while maintaining consistency across channels.
  • Demonstrate experience taking brands to the next stage and scaling marketing activity to support business growth.
  • Apply strong commercial understanding to marketing strategies, with clear evidence of impact on revenue, pipeline, or market share.

Events, Tradeshows & Experiences

  • Plan, manage, and deliver industry events, tradeshows, and experiential marketing activity.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Maximise ROI through integrated pre-event, on-site, and post-event campaigns.

Reporting, Insights & Optimisation

  • Own marketing reporting and analysis, tracking performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Deliver clear insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Use data to continually optimise campaigns, budgets, and channel mix.

Tools, Systems & Process

  • Use CRM and MRM platforms to plan, execute, and report on marketing activity.
  • Manage marketing workflows, assets, and budgets efficiently.
  • Support the development and scaling of marketing processes, tools, and best practice.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing management role.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong experience managing product launches and lifecycle marketing.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; video tools desirable).
  • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and MRM platforms.
  • Strong commercial understanding, with examples of applying this to marketing strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within Pro Audio, MI, or creative technology industries.
  • Experience scaling a marketing function to support business growth.
  • Understanding of audio production, live sound, or music technology markets.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with a strong bias toward delivery.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and results-focused.
  • Passionate about music, audio, and creative technology.

Reporting to:                   FPGA & DSP Team Leader

DiGiCo are looking for a talented and passionate FPGA engineer to join our teams either in Chessington or Aachen. In this role you will be designing low-latency, high accuracy audio systems for both companies and drive the inter-communication between KLANG’s and DiGiCo’s products. You will be involved in all the steps of the development of our products (Specification, system architecture, schematics review, development, debugging).

Sound Devices is looking for Embedded Software Engineers to join our team. Our audio and RF products are used by demanding professionals in Hollywood, on tour, in the Olympics, in the wild and in other mission critical applications–so the hardware you work on will be both interesting and technically challenging. Sound Devices offers a great collaborative environment where you can work amongst experienced engineers who have designed a lot of cool products and who are eager to teach, and to learn. This position requires software and hardware knowledge, and entails the design, development and support of embedded real-time software in C and C++. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of operating systems, multithreaded programming, and device drivers. Recent graduates with engineering experience outside of the classroom are encouraged to apply.
