I’ve been at SSL for 23 years and it’s always been a fun and friendly place. Everyone is so passionate about what we do. On a personal level, I’m enjoying my own professional development, but for me, the greatest benefit has been the support network and being able to pick up the phone and chat to a like minded colleagues in the group.

I am thankful too for the support that Allen & Heath and Audiotonix are been able to give our community and young people sparking interest in our industry and its career opportunities. Watching school kids’ eyes light up as they press buttons on our mixers at a careers fair takes me back to how I felt at that age, unsure of my future but a seed of interest sown.

No two days are ever the same at Group One! I enjoy being involved in much more than just finance. There’s a joke we have about the many different roles we often have to fill outside our primary responsibilities. I have a shelf in my office full of hats that represent some of the different roles I have. The hats are a fun piece of Group One culture and a running joke we enjoy.

I first started working at DiGiCo as a placement student and quickly realised it was the right company for me. I love the laid back, fun and friendly atmosphere in the office and getting to meet and work with such passionate people. I can’t imagine there being many other places to work that are quite like DiGiCo.
